As an Indigenous leader and entrepreneur, Michael understands that true leadership means leading with people, not above them. He has earned the respect of Chiefs, Elders, and community members not only in Garden Hill, but across 600+ Indigenous communities nationwide by showing up, listening, and acting with integrity.
For Michael, community is not just where he comes from, it is why he leads. He continues to give back to Garden Hill Anisininew Nation while also extending his support to communities across the country.
